ICC bike trail bad for the environment, highway ok though
Maryland’s government is confident the Intercounty Connector won’t damage the environment, but when it comes to the bike trail, in order to “avoid constructing paved trails in environmentally sensitive areas” the trail has to take long detours while the highway plows straight through.
