Spotlight

  • GGWash Engagement Intern - Spring 2022

Do you want to learn how nonprofits operate? Are you hoping to build a career in nonprofit communications, events, policy, and/or related to sustainable and equitable transportation, land use, and housing in the Washington, DC, area? Greater Greater Washington is seeking an Engagement Intern to help strengthen our interactions with our community of readers, members, and volunteers.

  • Breakfast Links Curator

GGWash's Breakfast links are the conversation starters for the day on our blog. We are looking for people with a nose for news, who can handpick six to 10 engaging stories across media platforms that cover the region's biggest urbanist stories. We need early risers. Links usually go out by 9 am and need to be submitted to editors by 8 am. The time commitment is a couple of hours on one morning each week, and you get your byline on each post you curate. If you're one of those people who has to get the scoop before their cup of coffee (or tea) in the morning, then this volunteer position is for you. Click here for more information.
