DC’s Build Back Better Infrastructure Task Force, appointed by the mayor, released a report identifying projects that could be funded by federal infrastructure dollars. Among the proposals is the possible conversion of the portion of I-295 that separates Kenilworth, River Terrace, and Eastland Gardens from the rest of Ward 7 into a complete street.
