New AI education institute in North Bethesda could encourage mixed-use development
Montgomery County, the University of Maryland, and the University of Maryland Medical System Corporation signed an agreement on Thursday to create a higher education institute in North Bethesda. Their goal is to create an academic-industrial hub, similar to National Landing in Northern Virginia.
