DC’s new DMPED
Mayor Bowser picked Brian Kenner, Takoma Park’s city manager, as Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. He will also oversee transportation, the environment, and taxis, unlike his predecessors. Kenner was DMPED chief of staff under Mayors Fenty and Gray. (Post)
