MARC should (and must) allow bikes
Maryland’s MARC commuter rail system is one of only two in the nation with a blanket ban on non-folding bicycles. Early Saturday morning, a clothing store and former Allen Theater in Takoma Park was destroyed in a three-alarm fire.
