Matthew Frumin has lived in Washington, D.C. for 30 years. He and his wife Lena are parents to two DCPS graduates and a Senior at Wilson High School. Matthew has served on ANC 3E since 2008, was a leader in the modernization of Wilson High School and has been active on education issues citywide.
