Cathy Reilly is the Executive Director of the Senior High Alliance of Parents, Principals and Educators (S.H.A.P.P.E). She co-founded the organization over 15 years ago with Dr. Wilma Bonner to advocate for the youth in DCPS high schools. They continue to meet monthly.  Cathy has also taught 2 to 3 year olds for the past 20 years.  Her three children all attended and graduated from DCPS.
