Jane Jacobs' writing and activism in New York and Toronto has inspired generations. She's a hero to many of us. But which version of Jane are you? The urbanist, preservationist, journalist, or economist? Take this quiz to find out.

The quiz comes from the National Trust for Historic Preservaton, and it's admittedly got a bit of a bent towards preservationism. No one would call it a thorough academic appraisal of Jacobs' legacy or career.

But not everything has to be. Have a little fun and take the quiz, then leave a comment about what kind of Jane Jacobs you'd be.
