Metro confusion
DC released the call logs from Monday’s Metro incident, which show that it took emergency responders 40 minutes to reach the scene. Mayor Bowser said she still doesn’t know exactly what time the incident started. (City Paper, Post)

Several organizations are investigating the Metro accident. Mayor Bowser promised an initial report in the next 48 hours, and a later report will examine whether firefighters’ radio worked underground. The NTSB is also investigating the incident. (City Paper, Post)
Making Metro safer

Streetcar delayed again
