To move forward, it’s time to move past Fenty vs. Gray
Last year’s mayoral race was a contentious one, and created many bad feelings on both sides. Arlington is ready to put a lot of Dr. Shoup’s ideas from The High Cost of Free Parking, and other progressive urban ideas, into the County’s parking policy.
