Ryan is an intern at WMATA (writing in his personal capacity), and student at New York University majoring in sociology with a focus on political economy and public policy, particularly transportation policy. He grew up in and currently lives in Hamilton, a small town in Loudoun County, but has also lived in both New York and Madrid during his studies.
