Dan Langenkamp is a State Department foreign service officer and the former press attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine. His wife, Sarah Debbink Langenkamp, was killed by a truck driver on Aug. 25 while she was riding her bike in Bethesda, Maryland. He and his two sons live in Bethesda.
