One dead, two injured
A WMATA contractor was killed while installing new rail on the Red Line after midnight Sunday. Two WMATA employees were also seriously injured. The work was suspended and service will be restored on Monday, but WMATA continues to investigate the causes of the accident. (DCist, WMATA)
