Cathedral Heights and Foggy Bottom top off a list of the five DC neighborhoods with the most affordable residential lists for sale, namely due to their abundance of condos and co-ops. Potomac Yard Park extension will open later this month, features new trail connection
A 4.5-acre extension of Potomac Yard Park is nearly ready to open to the public. It will feature a new shared-use path that connects Four Mile Run to an existing trail to Braddock Road. Renderings of new West Baltimore MARC station unveiled
Amtrak has released new renderings of the future West Baltimore MARC Station, a project that is happening as part of the 10-mile Frederick Douglass Tunnel infrastructure project. The station will include connections to multiple local transit options, including the future Red Line, as well as an enclosed waiting room and restrooms. Paramedics, cooling buses, ice water: Inside the efforts to stay cool along Minnesota Avenue NE
Residents and workers along Minnesota Avenue NE have struggled to keep cool during recent 100-degree days. Paramedics report regular calls to help people experiencing heat-related illness. DC deployed cooling buses to the area nearly a dozen times, set up a cooling center at a senior wellness center, and distributed surge protectors and other supplies.
