Ballot recounts begin for close races in Montgomery, Prince George’s, and Frederick counties

Fairfax County considers stronger flood mitigation plan for buildings

Baltimore County seeks to exempt some waterfront businesses from state regulations

Palisades residents want to curtail through traffic during rush hour, prevent the addition of sidewalks

Apartments and retail proposed for 19th Street office building in DC
The converted building plans show 180 apartment units, ground-floor retail, a new courtyard and building facade, and the developer has sought zoning adjustment to add a few other features to the building outside of what is already approved. (UrbanTurf)
