RFK Stadium will be demolished by 2023
The demolition of RFK Stadium will be completed by the end of next year. Events DC provided an update on the demolition process after a fire on Tuesday, July 6, 2022 caused minor damage. Rents in DC are rising
Rent in DC has increased an average of 9% over the past year, according to Apartment List, while the median cost of rent in the US hit $2,000 a month for the first time this spring according to Redfin. The hike in prices may be due to a combination of high vacancy rates and legislative efforts to keep rents stable during the pandemic, according to a landlord lobbying group. New renderings released for O Street Pumping Station redevelopment
