Nine months ago, everyone was talking about what taxi fares to set. Four months ago, cabbies were resisting new meters. Now that taxis have been operating on meters for three plus months, how’s it working out? Are you having a harder time getting a cab?

Next Monday, Jim Graham is holding a hearing on this bill, introduced by Tommy Wells, to encourage hybrid taxis.
