On Tuesday, we featured the 151st challenge to see how well you know the Metro system. Here are the answers. How’d you do?

This week, we got 10 guesses. Seven of you got all five. Great work Peter K, ArlFfx, Christopher Deal, J-Train-21, AlexC, Jay H, and MtPDC!

Image 1: Federal Triangle

The first image shows a view looking at the elevator canopy at Federal Triangle station. The distinctive EPA building in the background made this an easy one, and everyone who guessed managed to get it right.

Ten of you knew this one.

Image 2: Archives

The second image shows some neo-classically inspired buildngs at Seventh and Pennsylvania behind the elevator canopy. One major clue is the number 701 at the bottom right. This is the address of one of the buildings, and could have helped you realize that the building was adjacent to Seventh Street, which hosts the Green and Yellow lines.

Nine of you got this one right.

Image 3: Crystal City

The third image shows a boxy building, but it’s surprisingly not downtown. This is the view at street level from the Crystal City elevator.

Eight of you figured this one out.

Image 4: Farragut West

The fourth image shows the view up the side of the office building on the northwest corner of 18th and Eye, International Square. This building sits atop the western entrance to Farragut West. As Peter K noted, there’s a setback on the 10th floor, which is what causes the darker band.

Seven of you guessed correctly.

Image 5: Navy Yard

The final image shows a new building adjacent to the eastern entrance at Navy Yard station. This may have been a new view for some of you, but all of you seem to have figured it out anyway.

Ten of you came to the correct conclusion.

Great work, everyone. Thanks for playing! We’ll be back in two weeks with challenge #152.
