The DC Council held a hearing on a bill by Vincent Orange to study redeveloping RFK stadium, Langston Golf Course, and the Armory into a massive sports and entertainment complex. It has support from 5 other members, almost half the council. ANC commissioner Brian Flahaven is not impressed. (WTOP)
