Unbuilt VA highway already creating sprawl?
A developer who owns 737 acres in Loudoun County wants to rezone it to hold over 800 houses. It’s right on the planned Bi-County Parkway, a segment of the Outer Beltway which the McDonnell administration is pushing, and shows that inducing sprawl is indeed the likely consequence. (WBJ) Twitter
