Historic Uline Arena will become offices, retail and parking

ANC gets illegal Uline Arena signs removed
The illegal signs on the west side of the Uline Arena are finally down. Dogged determination from the local ANC, rather than any city agency, managed to get a powerful owner to comply with the law. DC turns blind eye to developer’s potential sign infractions
Since Douglas Development acquired the Uline Arena, the company has added three large signs to the side of the building, strategically placed to catch the eyeballs of those on passing Metro, MARC, and Amtrak trains.
