The Alexandria Traffic and Parking Board approved plans to construct a roundabout to replace a confusing five-way intersection at Glebe Road/Montrose Avenue/Ashby Street in Lynhaven/Del Ray. Lender takes ownership of Chinatown office building
New York-based fund manager Clarion Partners has transferred ownership of the 149,000-square-foot Portrait Building at 701 8th Street NW to its lender, Voya Investment Management, via a deed-in-lieu-of-foreclosure transaction. Shirlington pedestrian bridge reopens after brief repairs
The S. Nelson Street bridge in Shirlington is back open after a winter renovation project that included the repainting of the bridge’s metal parts and replacement of decking boards.
