Many of the people who are hoping to make Vision Zero plans a reality, however, typically lack supportive coalitions to share the responsibility of making our roads less dangerous. Envision offers a roadmap for communities to create and implement more resilient and sustainable planning projects, enhancing environmental, social, and economic outcomes.
