Wrong way driver on I-270 kills one, injures nine in late night crash

A man driving the wrong way on I-270 near I-495 caused a fatal crash involving two vehicles late Tuesday night. The collision resulted in the death of one woman and injuries to nine other people. Arlington’s Courthouse area tops charts for office vacancy in the DC area due to aging buildings

A recent report reveals that the Courthouse, Clarendon, and Virginia Square submarket in Arlington County has the highest office space availability rate in the DC area due to its concentration of aging office buildings. Montgomery County Planning Board approves developer’s pivot to residential buildings in Germantown

The Montgomery County Planning Board approves Century Development Services’ proposal to replace offices with residential buildings in Germantown due to low demand for commercial space in the region. Fairfax County Planning Commission supports proposal for mixed use development at Pan Am shopping center

The Fairfax County Planning Commission unanimously supported a proposal to allow housing at Merrifield’s Pan Am Shopping Center, recommending an amendment to the county’s comprehensive plan for the 25-acre site.
