Dulles to test remodeling its people movers and plane mates
Dulles Airport officials will remodel two of its people movers/mobile lounges to test the feasibility of remodeling the remaining ones. Currently the lounges are in use to connect passengers to Concourse D, which is not connected to the existing AeroTrain system. Eden Center changes moving forward with community and county input
Eden Center in Falls Church could be known as Little Saigon East soon, along with the portion of Wilson Boulevard in Falls Church being renamed as Saigon Boulevard. Closure of Eddie’s in Baltimore’s Mount Vernon raises concerns about loss of community spaces

More Montgomery County families seeking multigenerational living
Rising housing costs are contributing to an uptick in multigenerational living. In addition to extended families living under the same roof, interest in accessory dwelling units (ADUs) to accommodate additional family members is also on the rise. Montgomery County revised its zoning code in 2019 to make it easier to build ADUs and has seen construction permits triple, although the cost of building one remains prohibitive for many.
