Last night, Greater Greater Washington celebrated its 10th anniversary in style with nearly 200 guests, including DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, elected officials, contributors, readers, volunteers and a David Alpert bobblehead.

Thanks to everyone who came out to party with us! We hope you'll continue to be part of the GGWash community and help us make greater Washington's urban communities greater in the decade to come.

In particular, thanks to the elected officials, government agency directors, and planners who joined us last night. We'll do our part to continue being a resource for them as they work to make the Washington region a more connected, inclusive, growing region with walkable urban communities from Maryland to Virginia (and hold them accountable when they don't!)

We couldn't have done it without the hospitality of the folks at Insight Property and Apollo, who provided such an awesome venue. And we want to thank Po Boy Jim for delicious po boy sliders, and Denizen's Brewing Company for donating some beer.
