Maryland says there will be no “blank check” for Amazon’s HQ2
After saying earlier this week that Maryland would write a blank check for transportation improvements in Montgomery County for Amazon's HQ2, Governor Larry Hogan's office says “we misspoke.” The actual proposed package targets roads and transit and is financed over 10 years. (Post)
