Nobody beats the wiz
Mayor Bowser used an excavator and ceremonially began demolishing vacant buildings at St. Elizabeths for the new Wizards practice arena. Taxpayers will be on the hook for about 92% of the total cost. (Post)

Federal agencies fight over Metro
