Thanks to our terrific readers and sponsors of our party, our 2016 reader drive has raised $13,735 so far toward our goal of $25,000. Thank you! If you haven’t given yet, can you contribute today?

We kicked off the drive on our 8th birthday, February 5, and it will run about one month, until our party on March 8. That means we’re just about halfway to the end of the drive and just over halfway to our goal!

Some of our generous readers also heeded our call for more monthly sustaining contributors. Monthly gifts give us a greater ability to plan for ongoing revenue (though while we hope you don’t, you can cancel at any time).

We’re now up to 58 monthly sustaining contributors, just barely shy of our goal of 61. Can you put us over the top with a monthly gift of $5 or more?

We can’t technically count monthly gifts that we haven’t gotten yet against our reader drive goal, so only one month’s worth is in the $13,735 number, but if everyone stays on board for a year, they will collectively contribute $6,504 before the next reader drive.

Greater Greater Washington is able to keep going on a minimal budget thanks to the support of our contributors and readers. Please help us have a strong 2016 with a contribution today!
