Arlington cancelled the Columbia Pike streetcar last year, but the bus corridor is still the busiest in the state. So what now? With buses already running every couple of minutes during rush hour and the county unwilling to fight for a bus lane, planners have to “look really hard” to find ways to improve capacity and service.
