DC United will build its new stadium in DC after all. The team and the Bowser administration reached a deal Monday, which largely follows Mayor Gray’s original plans. Virginia officials had recently encouraged the team to move to Loudoun County. (Post)

Metro installed its power cables incorrectly, which could have been related to the January smoke incident. The NTSB says Metro needs to fix the problem immediately, including cables repaired after the smoke incident. (Post)

DC Water on the river
DC Water is planning to build a new headquarters building along the Anacostia in the Capitol Riverfront area. The utility says the building will be its most sustainable construction project ever. (WBJ)

Montgomery County is hiring a law firm to help with litigation over the Silver Spring Transit Center. The county wants to recover the cost of repairs to the center through claims against the contractors. (Bethesda Beat)
