DC and Maryland drivers worst?
The majority of drivers involved in car crashes in DC were from DC and Maryland in 2012. DC drivers were involved in 37% of crashes, Maryland drivers in 33%, and Virginia drivers in only about 14% of collisions. (DCist)
Parking under the Mall?

Trail connected to bridge
