Everyone these days seems to have an opinion about scooters and e-bikes. But what can these micromobility devices do for transit? The meeting runs from 7:30 to 9 pm on Tuesday, November 12 at Silver Spring Civic Center, One Veterans Place in downtown Silver Spring. This event is free and open to the public.
