DC announces street closure, Metro disruptions ahead of US-Africa Leaders Summit
DC will see numerous street closures in light of the US-Africa Leaders Summit, happening from Dec. 12 through Dec. 15. Drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians may be subject to security measures should they enter perimeters, and Metrobus routes will also be affected. Alexandria’s planning commission approves Landmark redevelopment plans
Alexandria’s Planning Commission has voted 5-1 in favor of redevelopment plans for what was once the Landmark Mall, which would include multifamily housing, retail space, and medical offices. MoCo seeks applicants to fill three positions on Planning Board
Montgomery County is looking for applicants to fill three vacant slots on its Planning Board following October’s mass resignation. Maryland lawmakers voice concerns over proposed Red Line service cuts
The Montgomery County Delegation to the Maryland General Assembly has voiced its concerns over WMATA’s proposed Red Line service cuts.
