Court case with losing Maryland toll bidder could postpone toll lane construction
The losing bidder on the MD I-495/I-270 toll project is in litigation with the state of Maryland to prove that the state did not adequately follow the process of selection of bidders in the right amount of time, which could delay progress on the construction of the lanes by the winning bidder.
