Friday is here, and we've picked a few of our favorite new images from the Greater and Lesser Washington Flickr pool, showcasing some of the best and worst of the Washington region.

Pavement markings call attention to where storm water outfalls pass under the Four Mile Run & Four Mile Run Park trails, visually connecting streets to stream. Storm sewers are a major source of litter affecting wildlife. This installation was done in conjunction with the stream restoration efforts in 2017. Image by Kevin Beekman used with permission.
