DC Housing Authority employees accused of misconduct
Two internal audits from the DC Housing Authority accused Karissa Spann, deputy director of the Housing Choice Voucher Program, and a subordinate of committing wrongdoing in a professional capacity. Spann is accused of failing to disclose a personal conflict of interest with a landlord, while her subordinate allegedly gave housing vouchers to those who didn’t meet the qualifications. (Post)
