For many people experiencing homelessness, finding stable housing can be a long and arduous journey. Join NYU Washington, DC and Friendship Place as they present a webinar panel unpacking the issues surrounding those experiencing homelessness.

This discussion will highlight what families endure as they pursue options such as short-term housing, voucher-supported housing programs, and other low-cost options in the area. The purpose of the panel is to see how agencies and nonprofit organizations can make the process easier.

Panelists include Jeffery R. Hayward, Executive Vice President of Fannie Mae; Joe LeMense, Managing Director of United Bank’s Non-Profit and Community Development Group; Nan Roman, President and CEO of the National Alliance to End Homelessness; James Campbell, Principal of Somerset Development; and Ray Suarez, American Broadcast Journalist (CAS ‘85) who will serve as moderator.

The conversation begins at 12 pm Thursday. Click here for more information about this event.
