423-unit apartment building approved in Rosslyn

Plans filed for Shaw park renovation
DC’s Department of Parks and Recreation filed a proposal to renovate a .86-acre park at O Street and New Jersey Avenue NW in Shaw, which currently hosts a homeless encampment.
