Police kill 18-year-old in Congress Heights
DC police shot and killed 18-year-old Deon Kay in Congress Heights Wednesday afternoon after responding to the scene to “investigate a man with a gun.” The officers involved with the shooting have been placed on administrative leave, which the Metropolitan Police Department states is standard department policy.
