Our party has been postponed, but we are so close to reaching our goal!

Less than $4,000 to go!

Dear readers,

It is with much disappointment that we are writing to let you know that we have decided to postpone our birthday celebration, originally scheduled for tomorrow, March 12, until a future time when we can safely gather and celebrate with you.

You all, our readers, volunteers, and Neighbors, are what make GGWash great and even though we want to celebrate with you, we value your health too much to take the risk. To all of our supporters who have stepped up in the last five weeks to support our birthday celebration either by joining the neighborhood, making a one-time donation, or volunteering your time, we are extremely grateful.

Together, in the last five weeks, 159 of you have contributed $16,626.25 to our annual reader drive. Thank you so much for supporting our accessible, in-depth coverage of urbanist issues in our region! Although we are postponing the party, there are still 36 hours left in our campaign. If you haven’t yet made a donation, can we count on you to help us raise the last $4,000?

In the coming days and weeks we think there will be a lot to explore regarding the connections between urbanism and public health in the face of disease outbreaks - want to help us publish some content on the blog? Consider giving $60 today. We will be in touch as soon as we have a new date for the party, in the meantime, please stay healthy!
