There may be a new tunnel for the Capital Crescent Trail where the Purple Line will go through Bethesda. Montgomery County discussed razing the Apex Building above the tracks last year instead the owner plans to redevelop the site. (Bethesda Beat)
Georgetown at the Franklin
Georgetown University’s proposal to turn the historic Franklin School into a performing arts center gained approval from the ANC. The District owns the building and has weighed multiple redevelopment ideas there. (Post)

Klingle conversion coming
DC’s Klingle Road will soon become Klingle Trail, with construction slated to begin in March. DDOT is now working to restore Klingle Creek, which has been damaged by years of erosion. (WTOP)
