Park, not parking
Instead of paving a community garden to create a parking lot, the developers of an H Street property will build less parking and make residents who don’t have a space ineligible for on-street RPP stickers. (District Source)
Rethinking Rosslyn
Arlington could extend 18th Street North as a pedestrian and bike corridor through Rosslyn as part of an upcoming sector plan. The plan could also add housing density in the center of Rosslyn. (ArlNow)
One capital tower
Capital One plans a 470-foot tower, which would be the tallest office building in the region. It’ll be part of 5 million square feet of office space on 26 acres near the upcoming McLean Metro station. (WBJ)
