Evans bill encourages entertainment in downtown DC

In his weekly newsletter, Ward 2 Councilmember Jack Evans announced passage of a bill that would increase incentives for entertainment uses in downtown. It could really use some—while Gallery Place is busy and active at night, most of downtown is dead.
