Alexandria bans the use of e-scooters on sidewalks

Yup, Amazon started a development boom
The developer JBG Smith has 6.9 million square feet of development in the pipeline for Crystal City and has plans for a half dozen new projects separate from Amazon’s HQ2 buildings.
