Hill East wants an unused plot of land developed
Neighbors are frusterated over a vacant 67-acre plot of land called Reservation 13 on the eastern edge of Capitol Hill. Plans to develop the land have been in the works since 2002, but keep being changed and pushed off by city council. The plot of land has been proposed as a possible site for Amazon offices.
