A new bill could let DC spend some of its surplus funds

Dominion Power wants to bury tons of coal ash near the Potomac

Illegal immigrants could be jailed longer under a new Virginia law
On Monday, the Virginia Senate passed a bill that would allow jails and prisons to hold illegal immigrants an extra two days to wait for federal authorities to pick them up. Gov.
