Walking from Silver Spring Metro (A) to McGinty’s (B), From Google Maps.

It’s snuck up on us with the lost week of snowiness, but Greater Greater Washington’s second birthday party is coming up on Tuesday evening!

We’ll be celebrating at McGinty’s, 911 Ellsworth Drive in Silver Spring. It’s a few minutes’ walk from the Silver Spring Metro. We’ll be in the upstairs bar from 6:30-9:30.

We’d originally scheduled the party during a Montgomery County Council recess week so our elected friends could come celebrate with us. Unfortunately, with the snow, they’ve rescheduled a budget hearing from last Tuesday to this week. But don’t let the shortage of politicians prevent you from having a good time!

Update: Missing details added, and walking directions updated based on Dan’s recommendation. Hope you can make it.
