More stadium details emerge
The land swap deal for a DC United stadium says DC will accelerate its streetcar line to Buzzard Point, and DC is not on the hook for any parking as it was with the Nats. The stadium is supposed to be “substantially completed” by 2017. (Post)

DC will have to pay about $140 million, more than the actual team is worth. (Slate) … The Reeves Center is worth more than Akridge’s Buzzard Point land, so the city could get some cash in exchange, to help pay for other parts. (City Paper)
PG eyes two hospital sites

Ban ANCs or fix them?

Bridge path will improve
